Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
Manage the recruitment process from application to onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles.
Minimum experience 2 years in TA domain.
Knowledge of Naukri, shine and other job portals is mandatory
